Who We Are
Radnor Property Group LLC, founded in 1999, is a real estate development and advisory company utilizing our team’s diverse experience in entrepreneurial development, public sector community/economic development and corporate real estate. We utilize a targeted business model focusing on implementing economic development strategies supported by federal, state and local initiatives to produce successful real estate developments. RPG develops for its own account or on behalf of others, in addition to providing consulting services to corporations, universities, and public/quasi-public entities

What We Do
Targeted Acquisitions and Development Properties which are: complex due to obsolescence, difficult regulatory requirements or environmental conditions; or in infill locations next to or nearby colleges, universities or hospitals.
RPG focuses on major and secondary markets. RPG’s knowledge of state and regional planning priorities, access to state, regional and local stakeholders, and knowledge of available federal and state funding programs will be utilized.
Properties for acquisition and development include single use and mixed-use properties including, office, retail and residential uses in urban and suburban communities. These properties will likely be new development projects and redevelopment properties with existing assets to be repositioned.
Advisory Real Estate Services Consulting services for public sector, corporate and institutional clients providing in-depth real estate analysis, including strategic planning and financial analysis, feasibility analysis, entitlement assessment, approval process, land & building acquisition including due diligence assessment, development advisory services, contract & lease negotiations, client/user-group relations.
